Hotel Columbia Telluride. It's hard to go wrong with views of the mountains, the gondola, and the San Miguel River. The Victorian style has been replaced with cool contemporary. A 2009 remodeling completely changed the face of this Telluride favorite. With a nod to the past and firmly footed in the present, the Hotel Columbia ensconced us in mountain luxury. Our suite was post modern bliss with air conditioning, a fabulous balcony and Jacuzzi. It felt great to soak in the Jacuzzi after having stretched our muscles to the limit!
