The Butcher & Baker serves food mornings through evenings most weekdays as well as brunch on Sundays. All pastries and bread are homemade and the menu is made to order. A deli case worth perusing is where you can choose one, two or three scoops from a variety of salads. Choose a "protein" like egg salad, tuna salad, or chicken salad or go vegetarian with dishes like sesame garlic kale, three bean salad, udon noodles and more. 

The cafe can be a social scene. Don't be surprised if you see local politicians talking about Telluride-centric issues, or local filmmakers speaking about their latest projects. Limited outdoor seating is available around the building perimeter when weather permits.
