Some of Our Favorite Trails

  • Imogene Pass and Tomboy Road - Imogene Pass is a 13,114-foot pass that connects the towns of Ouray and Telluride. Those with 4WD vehicles can leave from the town of Telluride and take Tomboy Road to the pass. It's the second-highest pass in Telluride and is extremely difficult, but it's definitely worth the view!
  • Last Dollar Road - While not the most difficult trail in the world, it's definitely recommended to have a high-clearance 4WD vehicle, especially when roads are wet or muddy. Last Dollar Road is extremely scenic and offers unobstructed views of the Sneffels Mountain Range and Wilson Peak.
  • Black Bear Pass - This is a trail for experts only. It's one of the most difficult-rated trails in Colorado and is only open for a short amount of time during the summer. However, those who are brave enough to dare it definitely have stories to tell afterward! The one-way pass starts from Red Mountain Pass and descends all the way to the town of Telluride.
  • These are just a few of what is offered from the town of Telluride. Alta Lakes, Engineer Pass, Ophir Pass and Cinnamon Pass are other great options for a Jeep adventure!
