New Sheridan Chop House

Sheridan Chop House

Bustling Social Scene

The New Sheridan Chop House is a classic steakhouse that occupies the prime space of the Sheridan complex, which also includes a hotel, rooftop bar, saloon, parlor and coffee shop. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Chop House is always bustling and General Manager, Ray Farnsworth, keeps service standards high.

A great way to start your experience is with oysters on the half shell, with options from both the East Coast and West Coast. Or consider trying the cheese and charcuterie board, which is perfect for sharing at the table. The selection of meats and cheeses come with condiments including fine mustards and a pate that is to die for.

Entrees include your traditional steakhouse fare with a nod to locally-sourced meats like elk and lamb. Whether you are dining al fresco for lunch or heading to the social scene on the rooftop, make room to try the truffle fries - seriously the best in town. You won't go wrong with any of the wines, but the beverage most well-known at the Chop House is the flatliner. A drink served best with brunch or after dinner, it’s comprised of vodka, Kahlua, Bailey's and an espresso shot. Served in a martini glass with three espresso beans sprinkled on top, it will keep you going for your next activity, whether it be dancing at the Liberty or heading to a concert next door.
