Rustico Ristorante

Rustico Telluride

Gorgeous Italian Restaurant in Historic Building

From the charming staff and crisp white linens to the exposed brick walls, Rustico appeals to those who desire a truly authentic Italian experience. In the winter, you can sit near the cozy fire while sipping a Barolo from the Piedmont region and in the summer, dine al fresco on the patio with a Pecorino, from the coastal area of Abruzzo. Yes, Rustico has quite the wine cellar. If so inclined, customers can peruse it with the maitre d'.

Starters for the table include calamari and bruschetta while mains range from pasta, risotto and wood-grilled pizzas to traditional dishes like ossobuco and vitello al carciofi. Nightly specials always include a fish of the day and as well a meat plate of the day accompanied by vegetables and either potatoes or polenta.

Pasta lovers will be happy to know they have a choice of fettucini, rigatoni, spaghetti and ravioli with a red, white or pink sauce. Go with the pink!

Top off dinner with cannoli or gelato and a limoncello. With a full belly, a stroll down Main Street may be in order before retiring for the night.
